AI Engineer — Voice Agents

You'll own how Finn's agents think and act: prompt architecture, tool/function calling, retrieval, and the eval harness that keeps quality high across thousands of live deployments.

What you'll do

• Design agent prompting, tool-use, and orchestration.
• Build evals and guardrails for live voice conversations.
• Ship improvements measured against real call outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years engineering, with hands-on LLM / agent work.
• Strong intuition for prompts, evals, and failure modes.
• Bonus: voice, RAG, or real-time inference experience.
