Role Overview
The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing secured
business loans (primarily Loan Against Property – LAP). The role requires strong field sales
capabilities, credit understanding, and relationship management skills to drive quality
disbursements while maintaining portfolio health.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sourcing
∙Generate leads through direct field sourcing.
∙Build and manage a strong local referral network.
∙Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
∙Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility, and documentation
requirements.
2. Collect Documentation
∙Collect KYC, financial, banking, and property documents.
∙Coordinate with credit and operation teams for smooth case processing.
∙Ensure proper documentation before login to minimize rejection.
3. Process & Compliance
∙Maintain adherence to RBI and internal NBFC compliance norms.
∙Ensure accurate data entry in LOS and CRM systems.
∙Follow TAT benchmarks for login to disbursement.
∙Maintain audit-ready documentation standards.
4. Relationship & Portfolio Management
∙Maintain strong relationships with existing borrowers.
∙Monitor repayment behavior and flag early delinquency risks.
∙Support collections in case of stress accounts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
∙Monthly login volume
∙Disbursement value
∙File quality ratio
∙Approval-to-login conversion
∙Portfolio delinquency (PAR metrics)
Eligibility Criteria
∙Undergraduate with experience/Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or
Management preferred.
∙0.5–5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Business Loan sales (NBFC/Bank
preferred).
∙Local market knowledge is essential.
