A Branch Manager at Finovest Group is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch office, ensuring adherence to company policies, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:​

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.​
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient branch operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.​
• Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base, enhance revenue streams, and promote Finovest Group's financial products and services.​
• Financial Management: Monitor branch financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.​
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Improve and maintain Branch Score Card consistently

Requirements

• A graduate in any discipline
• 3-5 years relevant industry experience in NBFC & financial services
• Local candidate, speaking Malayalam & English fluently
