The impact you will make
Interpret and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, it's an analyst's job to assess company and client needs, review robust information, and analyze it, looking for trends or areas for improvement.
What you will do
- Should be able to take ownership, handle open AR, and bring them to closure.
- Analyze outstanding claims and initiate collection efforts as per the aging report
- Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies to ascertain outstanding claim status
- Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments
- Review denials to determine necessary steps for claims review
- Should be able to convince the insurance company to pay the outstanding claims.
- Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required
- Monitor all outstanding balances
What you will bring
- Minimum a Graduate in any field of their choice.
- Ability to work in night shifts i.e. 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM for Gurugram and 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM for Pune.
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Denial Management and Insurance Follow-ups will be designated as Analysts, while those with 2+ years of relevant experience will be Senior Analysts.
- Good Knowledge of US healthcare concepts, denial management, and insurance claims procedures
- Innovative, Motivational, Confident, Fair, Influential, and Respectful attitude
- Good Analytical knowledge
What we would like to see
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong basic mathematical skills
- A minimum typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
- Good command of conversational English in the American environment
