What you will do
- Lead and scale enterprise-wide AR strategies to drive operational excellence across the revenue cycle, aligning AR performance with overarching business objectives.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with compliance, IT, and operational teams to create a unified and agile AR function.
- Mentor and lead multiple layers of AR leadership, including managers and assistant managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop long-term workforce planning strategies, focusing on succession planning, talent development, and team scalability.
- Evaluate and interpret complex AR and revenue cycle analytics, identifying key trends, risk indicators, and actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS), and proactively mitigate compliance risks.
- Drive technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives, including automation and system integration to streamline AR operations.
- Own the AR policy framework, ensuring controls, documentation, and SOPs are regularly updated and aligned with industry's best practices.
- Report directly to leadership, delivering data-driven insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in business, finance, or healthcare administration preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing AR teams within the US healthcare space, including oversight of other managers and large teams.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management, payer regulations, denial management strategies, and reimbursement models.
- Proven success leading transformation initiatives or scaling AR operations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable AR priorities.
- 1+ year of hands-on people manager (same role) experience accounts receivable in the US healthcare field, including oversight of other managers and large teams.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management, payer regulations, denial management strategies, and reimbursement models.
- Proven success leading transformation initiatives or scaling AR operations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable AR priorities.

What we would like to see
- Strong background in data analytics and KPI development to measure AR health and staff productivity.
- Experience with ERP or enterprise medical billing systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athena).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a history of engaging executives and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Flexibility to operate in a 24/7 global environment
