About the Role

FinThrive is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to support the execution of internal and corporate communications. This role will contribute to the creation and execution of internal content, newsletters and colleague Town Halls, as well as help support the execution of corporate communications across external channels.

This role plays a key part in enhancing the colleague experience, driving organizational alignment, and supporting visibility and consistency of FinThrive's messaging through clear, consistent and well-executed communications.

The role combines content development, platform management and cross-functional coordination, with close partnerships across HR, leadership and business teams to ensure communications are aligned to company priorities, culture and needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment, able to work both independently and collaboratively while managing planned communications and evolving business needs.


What You'll Do

Internal Employee Communications

  • Manage the company's internal newsletter, including content planning, development and distribution

  • Develop and refine content tied to key company initiatives, events, announcements and colleague engagement efforts

  • Own and maintain designated sections of the company intranet site, ensuring content is current, relevant and aligned to priorities

  • Maintain alignment to the editorial calendar and ensure timely, accurate communication

  • Draft and distribute ad hoc colleague-facing communications across enterprise channels

  • Manage internal social channel postings and support employee engagement efforts

  • Ensure a consistent voice, tone and messaging across all internal communications


Town Hall

  • Support planning and execution of Town Halls, including coordination of stakeholders and content contributions and coordination of presentation decks and other materials
  • Coordinate communications logistics, including meeting setup, invitations and follow-up, and execution support

Corporate Communication Support

  • Assist in managing updates to content on FinThrive's website and external platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with approved messaging
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support amplification of corporate announcements
  • Help ensure consistency of corporate messaging and content across channels
  • Support evolving corporate communications priorities and initiatives, adapting to changing business needs and organizational priorities

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of professional experience supporting internal communications, company events (e.g., Town Halls) and corporate communications, with experience managing intranet or web-based platforms
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to clarity and consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while partnering effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, SharePoint, Asana or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with internal social tools or employee engagement tools
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources, business, or a related field
