Responsibilities

●       Oversee day-to-day operations: facility management, logistics, and administration.

●       Develop and implement operational policies for compliance and efficiency.

●       Manage resources to meet operational needs within budgetary constraints.

●       Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

●       Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

●       Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

●       Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

●       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.

●       Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the training industry.

●       Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

●       Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

●       Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

●       Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
