Client Co-ordinator

• Handle client inquiries for pharma and nutraceutical products including rates, MOQ, and availability.
• Coordinate reorders and share sale order details with internal departments.
• Ensure dispatch of products (e.g., Rosven, Pankoflu, Cardizine) via verified logistics channels and confirm delivery.
• Liaise with artwork and packaging teams for product branding and client approvals (e.g., PH-RD, Bisprovia).
• Track and update project status and client communication using internal software (Zoho/Tranzact).
• Collaborate with QA for product specs verification and ensure documentation like COA is complete.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and share debit notes if necessary.
• Escalate manufacturing or delivery delays to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Ganapathy factory).

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in pharma operations or client coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP tools like SAP or Tranzact and CRM platforms like Zoho.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of packaging regulations and product lifecycle management.
