Role Overview

As an HR professional at NVRON Life Science Ltd, you'll drive our talent lifecycle—from attracting and onboarding top talent to fostering engagement, development, and retention. You'll partner with department heads to build a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities (JD)

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and new-hire orientation

• Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Design and run engagement activities, surveys, and recognition programs

• Performance Management

  • Implement appraisal cycles; coach managers on goal-setting and feedback
  • Track performance metrics and recommend development plans

• Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs; coordinate workshops, e-learning, and leadership programs
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness

• HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and benefits administration
  • Ensure adherence to labour statutes (ESI, PF, GST-TDS filings) and internal policies

Requirements

Requirements & Experience

• Experience:

  • 2–5 years in an HR role (Executive level) or 5–8 years (Manager level), preferably in manufacturing or healthcare

• Education:

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's a plus)

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS/Payroll software (e.g., Zoho, SAP)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
