Internship_Technical Illustrator

The Associate Technical Illustrator is responsible for producing high-quality technical illustrations and diagrams that accurately depict complex concepts, products, and processes. This role involves working closely with technical leads to ensure that illustrations are clear, precise, and meet the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Ability to understand to read, analyze the art markup and create/revise illustrations (Tracing).
• Ability to understand how to work in alignment with S1000D and iSpec 2200 specifications.
• Ability to get familiar with rules and usage of HTG and AMM standards.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Work closely with technical leads to gather necessary information and understand requirements.
• Understand and adhere to all requirements of the Quality Management System and the Information Security Management System.

Competency

• Strong drawing and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical information and concepts.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Computer Skills

• Knowledge of one or more of the following applications: MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop, Arbortext ISOdraw and Auto-Troll (Tech Illustrator) would be a plus.
