Business Process Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Stock Broking Operations team as Business Process Associates. The role involves supporting day-to-day brokerage operations, client onboarding, trade processing, and regulatory compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in capital markets and financial services operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day stock broking operations and trade processing
• Assist in client onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation
• Handle basic client queries and operational requests
• Perform data feeding, validation, and MIS reporting using MS Excel
• Support trade, fund, and securities reconciliation activities
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and internal processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Follow SOPs and SLA timelines in a process-driven environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BAF / B.Sc )
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
• Basic understanding of financial and banking topics
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to draft clear emails and documentation
• Confidence in communicating with internal teams and clients
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and work in a process-driven, regulated environment
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Freshers or candidates with internships in finance/operations are welcome

Certifications (Added Advantage):

• NISM certifications will be an added advantage
• Candidates willing to complete relevant NISM certifications post-joining will be preferred
