Entry Level Trainee – Business Analyst

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Create requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Analyze and suggest improvements to business processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Ensure product meets requirements and assist in testing.
• Support project planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Prepare user documentation and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Information Technology.

Years of experience: 0 – 18 months
