IT Infra Administration Trainee

Manage and maintain Linux-based production servers and internal infrastructure
• Support and monitor on-premise infrastructure environments
• Handle virtualization platforms such as KVM and Proxmox
• Create, manage, migrate, and troubleshoot Virtual Machines
• Monitor system health including CPU, Memory, Disk, Network, and Service availability
• Monitor daily server health status and take required corrective actions on production and DC environments
• Configure and maintain High Availability (HA) environments
• Perform infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, or equivalent tools
• Troubleshoot server, storage, virtualization, and network-related issues
• Handle SAN/NAS storage, multi path configuration, mount management, and storage troubleshooting
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN, firewall, proxy, VLAN, and routing-related issues
• Work with Docker containers and basic containerized environments
• Maintain backup and recovery operations • Support production deployments, maintenance activities, and downtime handling
• Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis for incidents
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams during critical activities and escalations
• Support automation and scripting tasks using Shell

Windows Administration

KVM, Proxmox, Platform9

CCNA-level Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, VPN, Firewall)

SAN/NAS, NFS, CIFS, Multipath Configuration

Docker & Basic CI/CD Knowledge
Shell Scripting & Python

Educational Qualification:

•B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / Any Computer Science or IT-related degree.
