Sr. Cloud Engineer I

We're looking for an experienced Sr. Cloud Engineer I who can build, manage, and secure scalable AWS environments using a wide array of AWS services. You'll be responsible for maintaining high-performance cloud systems, implementing infrastructure as code, and automating tasks using Python or shell scripting. A deep understanding of cloud networking, security, and the 3-tier architecture model is essential. Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and managing AWS 3-tier architecture (web, application, and database layers). Provisioning, patching, managing, and troubleshooting EC2 instances and associated resources. Designing and configuring secure, scalable VPCs including Subnets, NACLs, Security Groups, and routing. Extensive work with AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier, IAM, CloudWatch, Backup, and more. Handling storage provisioning, backup/restore, and disk management. Using Terraform and Git to define and version infrastructure. Automating operational tasks using Python or shell scripts. Deploying and maintaining applications in Kubernetes environments. Setting up centralized monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch and logging tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve performance, security, and scalability. Supporting network troubleshooting and incident response for cloud-based services.

The job requires 3+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering experience. A deep understanding of cloud networking, security, and the 3-tier architecture model is essential. AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect - Compulsary) is preferred.
