Description
Own daily tracker management using Google Sheets — formulas, filters, and automation to keep sales data accurate and actionable. Clean, analyze, and report on raw sales and operational data; build pivot tables and dashboards to help the team make decisions. Help troubleshoot and update CRM, dialer, and other sales tools — coordinating with cross-functional teams for quick fixes. Support sales team leads with ad-hoc reports, data requests, and technical escalations. Learn how revenue ops impacts sales velocity and customer success firsthand.
Eligibility Criteria
You've completed graduation (B.Com, B.Sc, or similar). At least 1 year prior internship / fulltime experience in MIS or data analytics — bonus if it's in a BPO or inside sales environment.
