Project Journey Resident Engineer

Lead onsite Product Development engineering for the launch and localization of a new automatic transmission manufacturing operation. This role is the primary technical interface between the transmission plant, regional and global Product Development teams, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, suppliers, and vehicle operations. The Resident Engineer will drive rapid technical issue resolution, production readiness, engineering change implementation, component localization, validation, and production sign-off while ensuring that global product requirements and design intent are maintained.
