HR Executive (Onboarding & Engagement)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end employee onboarding process to deliver a smooth and professional joining experience.
• Execute monthly payroll processing by updating new joiners, exits, CTC changes, promotions, and payroll master data.
• Manage attendance tracking, leave records, Loss of Pay (LOP), LOP reversals, attendance regularization, and extra-day payments.
• Validate payroll inputs, prepare draft pay sheets, coordinate corrections, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Process salary advances, incentives, bonuses, and statutory contributions including PF and pension coordination.
• Oversee the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process, including exit data verification, asset clearance, approvals, and settlement tracking.
• Monitor employees on notice periods, PIP cases, and salary hold scenarios in alignment with company policies.
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly MIS reports covering payroll, headcount, salary splits, and other HR metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee master data across systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, resolve queries, and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Any Graduation, preferably Post Graduation in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Onboarding,payroll processing within a corporate or HR services environment.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Payroll, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) and local payroll regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
• Proven experience in F&F settlements, attendance management, and payroll reporting is highly desirable.
