Solar Installer - Ongole

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solar Installer to join our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end installation of residential solar projects, ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and company standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)

• Handle material shifting and site readiness

• Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems

• Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing • Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)

• Provide system explanation and basic training to customers

• Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation

Requirements

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma

• Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course

• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in solar installation or renewable energy projects

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards

• Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
