Talent Acquisition Executive - Intern

Description

  • Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment data in the ATS (Zoho Recruit).
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
  • Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
  • Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Support onboarding activities as required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR/Recruitment internship experience.
