Description
- Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment data in the ATS (Zoho Recruit).
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
- Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Support onboarding activities as required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR/Recruitment internship experience.
