HR - Executive

We have an immediate opening for an HR and Recruitment Intern to join our fastest growing cloudmanufacturing startup. As an intern, you will work closely with our HR department and assist invarious hiring and recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and automation. About the Company: Who we are: We are the manufacturing brains behind successful companies. What we do: Frigate is an On-demand cloud manufacturing startup that helps OEM'S/ODM'S andproduct/device companies identify right manufacturing vendors and leverage their existing capacitiesto get their products manufactured. Assist in screening resumes and application forms to identify potential candidates Collaborate with the HR team to source candidates through various channels Support in organising and scheduling interviews with candidates Update and maintain employee records with new hire information in our internal databases Help in the automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations Assist in posting job ads on job boards, career pages, and social networks Establishing the recruitment process, configuring the system, and determining the optimal setup for recruitment procedures.

Current MBA or outgoing MBA student with a specialisation in HR or a relevant field
