About Frigate: Frigate is a B2B manufacturing execution company. We take products from development to serial production — NPD, contract manufacturing and second‐source programs — through a network of 33 committed manufacturing partners selected from over 900 qualified Indian suppliers, serving customers across 19 export markets. Our focus segments: energy, power electronics, EV charging and precision manufacturing.

The Role: You open doors. Your job is to convert our target account lists — inverter and UPS brands, BESS integrators, EV charger OEMs, industrial OEMs — into qualified first meetings for our sales teams. You do not close deals or send quotes; you find the right person, deliver the pitch, and book the meeting.

Reports to: Founder / Sales Lead Location: Trichy

What you'll do daily:

• 30–40 outbound calls into named target accounts (lists provided)
• Identify and reach decision makers: purchase heads, NPD engineers, founders at growth‐stage OEMs
• Deliver a structured 40‐second pitch and qualify: product, monthly volumes, current source, right designation
• Book and confirm meetings; hand over with complete notes in CRM
• LinkedIn and WhatsApp follow‐ups on called accounts
• Log every contact, outcome and reason in CRM — no exceptions
• Weekly target review with management

Targets: 150 + dials/week → 10–12 decision‐maker conversations/week → 4–6 qualified meetings held per month

• 3+ years B2B outbound calling/inside sales — industrial products, machine tools, capital equipment, SaaS or financial services
• Proven meeting‐booking or lead‐qualification track record (numbers asked at interview)
• Fluent English

• Kannada; Hindi strongly preferred (North India accounts); Tamil a bonus

• CRM discipline — you log calls without being chased
• Phone stamina and rejection tolerance — this is a dialing role, said plainly
