Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Business Development Executive with 0.6  to 1.5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business success.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
2. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the company's customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective lead generation campaigns and promotional materials.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
9. Stay informed about industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2. 0.6 to 1.5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
