System Deployment

• Execute the deployment of ERPNext and/or Odoo systems based on the documented configurations and customizations. Ensure proper installation, configuration, and integration of ERP modules.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough testing of the implemented ERP system to identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve bugs and ensure the system meets quality standards.

Client Collaboration

• Work closely with clients during the implementation phase, addressing any concerns and providing guidance on system functionality.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to validate the ERP system against client requirements.

User Training

• Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in navigating and utilizing the ERP system.
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and resolving issues post-implementation.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of the implementation process, including configurations, customizations, and test results.
• Generate and share progress reports with the project team and clients as required.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay informed about the latest features and updates in ERPNext and Odoo.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback for system enhancements and improvements.
