Job Summary
As a Production Engineer at Fuller Technologies Cement India LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
* Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
* Lead and supervise production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective people management.
* Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within production processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
* Proven experience in manufacturing operations and production processes.
* Strong understanding and experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Demonstrated ability in people management, including leading and motivating teams.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
