dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our People & Culture team and support
our growing recruitment needs.

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Work from Office). You will be required to work between 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (IST).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
• Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer
• Applications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to work between 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (IST).
