- Solve real-world problems through clean and efficient code
- Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems
- Write unit-tested, reusable, and performant code in Golang (or willing to learn quickly)
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
- Translate business logic into code with minimal guidance
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (Data Structures & Algorithms)
- Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., C++, Java, Python).
- Familiarity with Golang is a plus
- Understanding of REST APIs, web protocols, and backend architecture is desirable
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and apply them effectively
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred)
