We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our FP&A team. The primary responsibility will be financial reporting and compliance under IND AS, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and smooth audit coordination.

In addition, the role will contribute to FP&A activities such as MIS reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights to support decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen expertise in financial reporting while also gaining exposure to FP&A and global compliance.

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years PQE in Financial Reporting & Compliance. Strong command of IND AS (116, 115, 38) and corporate accounting principles. Hands-on experience with audit coordination, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Exposure to international compliance (DTAA, Form 15CA/CB, VAT, Dubai corporate tax). Experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and business performance tracking. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently with ownership of deliverables.
