Deputy Manager - New Projects and Technologies

Profile: Responsible for Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Erection, Commissioning and Closure of large capital projects / Brownfield project / Improvement Theme. Primary Responsibilities: · Accountable for executing a project with Zero Incidents · Holding multiple vital roles in complete project life cycle. · Understanding project scope and provide complete cost estimation for new projects · Preparing Design basis for Sanctioned Projects · Responsible for leading project from Concept to Commissioning including Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Erection, Commissioning and Closure of large capital projects. · Responsible for making all Instrument index, IO List, specification sheets of process instruments like Valves, Transmitter, Analyser, Switches, Gauges etc. · Preparation of control system specification, Instrument specification, Packages specification · Prepare Technical bid analysis report · Comparing quotations using technical bid analysis, participate in decision making followed by issuing PRs while ensuring that the cost remains in pre-approved capex · Responsible for designing of Junction Box & cable schedule, Air header schedule, Instruments Hook-up's, Process sequences, Process Interlock & preconditions. · Responsible for HAZOP PHA study of Project. · Responsible for execution of Projects at site. Installation of process instruments and control system. · Involve and work collaboratively with subject experts internally and externally · Accountable for Safety performance of contractors · Responsible for loop checking, calibration of all instruments, Water trial & cold trial with process team. · Driving Procurement in projects through a Techno-Commercial Team. · Responsible for commissioning of project RTFT. · Maintain proper documents and records to comply with statutory requirements · Monitor workload to ensure appropriate distribution of work to technicians and team · Troubleshooting & Analysis of the problems Reporting Team · Reporting Designation: Manager Knowledge Requirement · Good Instrumentation Engineering knowledge and application is required · Control System: – Rockwell – Allen Bradley System - PlantPax System & Emerson DeltaV · Instrumentation Codes and standards. · Knowledge of MSP & Project management will be preferred.
