Senior Executive - New Projects and Technologies

Description - Sr Executive Chemical - bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with 3-5 yrs experience Primary Responsibilities- Monitor and optimize chemical process performance to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets. Review and validate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, equipment layouts, and process calculations. Conduct process troubleshooting and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure compliance with process safety standards and operating procedures. Support commissioning, startup, and performance testing of new facilities and equipment. Analyze process data and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Execute capex and plant improvement projects from concept to commissioning. Coordinate with mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and operation teams. Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans. Monitor project cost, timelines, and quality deliverables. Review equipment specifications, technical bids, and vendor documents. Ensure timely procurement, installation, and commissioning of project equipment. Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and company safety requirements. Participate in HAZOP, risk assessments, and safety audits. Drive safe work practices during project execution and plant operations. repare technical reports, SOPs, commissioning reports, and project documentation. Maintain project records, drawings, and change management documentation. Track project KPIs and submit periodic progress reports to management.
