Analyst - Operations Management

Overview:

• We are hiring an Analyst to Finance process for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of business, products, and services within India business.
• The invoicing, creating ledger entries, reconciliation of revenue tasks direct clients per IRDAI guidelines.
• This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the policy life cycle, and the various actions required for New Business/Renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments, recovery and highlighting any discrepancies.

How you'll make an impactResponsibilities:**

• Manage Book of accounts, create ledger entries and perform match exercise on daily basis
• Perform regular reconciliations for brokerage and accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with financial standards
• Create, verify, and issue invoices, coordinate with clients & insurers for timely payments, and maintain organized invoicing records.
• Suggest and implement improvements to accounting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy

• Holds Technical Expertise in reconciliation & ledger entries matching
• Understanding of best practices in business processes and quality assurance
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance audit effectiveness.

About you:

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Finance/Accounting or Postgraduate with any Specialization.
• Licenses/Certificates: Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2+ year of experience of Quality Analysis in reconciliation Insurance domain & reconciliation process.
