**How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Handling complete New hires, Resignations and Data Management processes for North America and UK
• Tier 1 Payroll Support
• Employee benefit administration for USA and UK / APAC Regions
• Handling Background Verifications for North America and UK / APAC Regions
• Handling Employee referencing for North America and UK / APAC Regions
• Employee leave administration for North America and UK / APAC Regions
• Employee performance management administration for North America and UK / APAC Regions
• Employee profile management: Trouble shoot queries related to login/access roles/passwords
• Vendor management and Invoice Processing USA and UK / APAC Regions
• Documentation: Process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards based on client's expectations and internal requirements
• Compliance: Ensuring local and compliances of supporting countries are adhered
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Proactively suggesting process improvement ideas and initiate changes due to change in regulatory requirement or change in technology
• Develop and implement real-time automation solutions using VBA and Macros to streamline HR processes and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing VBA scripts and Macros to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of HR Operations experience.
• Experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC regions.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in VBA Automation and Macro Development (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Office, and HRIS/ERPsystems.

About you:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or a related field.
• Experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC regions preferred.
• Hands-on experience in VBA Automation and Macro Development is mandatory.
