Copywriter & Messaging Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a marketing and communication professional who can help shape how our products, value proposition, and customer outcomes are communicated across the customer journey. 

This is not a traditional content writing role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business objective, identify what needs to be communicated, and convert that into clear, persuasive, customer-facing communication.

The role will work closely with founders, business heads, marketing, sales, and product teams to improve communication across websites, landing pages, campaigns, CRM journeys, sales collateral, and other customer-facing channels.

Requirements

• Understand business priorities and translate them into communication requirements.
• Improve communication across website pages, landing pages, campaigns, emails, WhatsApp flows, brochures, and sales-support material.
• Work with internal teams to understand audience needs, product strengths, and communication gaps.
• Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and communication across campaigns and customer journeys.
• Review and improve existing communication assets.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to improve customer-facing communication quality.
• Maintain consistency in messaging across channels.

Skills Required

• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing, business, and customer behavior.
• Ability to convert customer and business insights into compelling messaging.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, persuasive communication.
• Understanding of digital funnels, customer journeys, and conversion drivers.
• Ability to work effectively with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable owning communication across multiple channels and formats.
• Strong judgment on messaging effectiveness and customer impact.
