Take real business problems from the founders and turn them into working AI-driven solutions (automations, workflows, or tools) that teams can actually use.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders to solve real business problems across marketing, sales, and product
• Take problem statements and build working AI-driven solutions (automations, workflows, internal tools)
• Build and experiment with AI-powered tools, including workflows that use LLMs and agent-like systems
• Identify relevant AI tools or existing solutions and adapt them
• Test, improve, and deploy solutions for internal use
• Interact with teams to understand workflows and improve them using AI
• Demo your work regularly and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

• Ability to break down problems into structured workflows
• Bias for action - build and test quickly
• Comfort using AI tools
• Exposure to LLMs or agent-like workflows
• Strong curiosity and independent problem-solving
• Experience with automation tools (or coding
• Prior AI projects (LLM tools, agents, workflows)
