Galvanize Global Education is reinventing Admissions Services to Top Universities Globally and Test Prep with generative AI. We're hiring our Full-Time Talent Acquisition and L&D  to help us scale. In this role, you'll source top tech & growth talent, and launch bite-sized L&D sprints.

• Hire 10 - 15 A-players per year across technology**, product, marketing, sales, admissions, and academics** through AI, data-driven sourcing, and ATS workflows.
• Run quarterly performance management
• Design and launch L&D sprints - micro-courses, peer learning, and GenAI workshops - measured by skill uplift and adoption.
• Drive engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition rituals

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in recruiting for startups or HR agencies.
• Strong grasp of ATS tools and AI-powered sourcing.
• Passion for learning design, engagement, and data-driven HR.
• Based in (or open to relocating to) Chennai.
