• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule interviews between candidates and the Hiring Manager
• Communicate with candidates at different stages
• Maintain candidate database

Requirements

• 3-6 months of experience in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition
• Good communication and basic sourcing skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Eager to learn and grow in HR
