Description

What You'll Do

Research & Strategy

  • Study what's working in our own top creatives and in competitor UA ads (board games and casual titles) across Google and Meta.
  • Keep a pulse on creative ad trends, seasonal/cultural moments, and emerging ad formats relevant to our core markets.
  • Translate performance data (CTR, CPI, IPM, ROAS by creative) into clear hypotheses for what to test next.

Creative Briefing & Ideation

  • Write detailed, structured creative briefs for new static concepts — audience, hook, message, visual direction.
  • Come up with creative angles rooted in game mechanics, player motivations, and regional/cultural nuances (e.g. festival themes, local aesthetics, board-game nostalgia).

Gen AI Production (the core of the role)

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, ComfyUI, Freepik, Midjourney, or similar) to produce static ad creatives at volume — both brand-new concepts and rapid versioning of currently winning creatives (new colorways, headline swaps, localized variants, festival/seasonal reskins).
  • Maintain visual consistency with the Ludo STAR / Parchisi STAR brand identity across every asset.
  • Iterate quickly based on early performance signals — this role is about volume and speed of testing, not one-off polished pieces.

Workflow & Analysis

  • Maintain trackers for creative requests, test status, and learnings.
  • Partner closely with the UA/performance marketing team to close the loop between what's tested and what's learned.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A fresher or someone with up to § 1 year of experience — Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable skill).
  • Genuine hands-on comfort with Gen AI image tools (ChatGPT/DALL·E, Midjourney, Freepik, ComfyUI, or similar) — you've made things with them, not just talked about them.
  • Strong prompting instincts: you know how to iterate on a prompt to get a specific, consistent visual result.
  • A solid design eye — composition, color, typography, and knowing when something "looks like an ad that would stop a scroll".
  • Comfort with data: you can look at creative performance numbers and form an opinion about what to try next.
  • Excellent written communication — you'll be writing briefs and defending creative choices.
  • Self-directed and fast — comfortable with ambiguity and a high-volume, iterative way of working.
