About the Role

We are hiring a lead relationship manager to manage the RM team and the experience of our top users in our core games, Ludo Star and Parchisi Star

Responsibilities:

You will manage the RM team for Ludo Star and Parchisi Star. You will manage and be responsible for the KPIs of the RM team. You will establish and manage relationships to drive user spend engagement of the user on the apps. You will drive the team to build strong user relationships with these users on WhatsApp or any other platform. You will understand user needs and make an action plan to provide them with better services to upsell.

Requirements:

3 years of experience as a VIP Relationship Manager or Customer Success Manager in gaming, audio live streaming service or a similar industry. Demonstrates a high level of integrity in all professional interactions. Process-oriented individual, capable of working efficiently in operations while adhering to SOPs. Shows strong empathy in understanding and resolving top users' issues effectively. Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Word / Google Docs. Skilled in analysing online communications and understanding their implications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native languages. Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities. High attention to detail, strong observational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
