Junior Executive - Horticulture

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Junior Horticulturist to manage day-to-day horticulture operations across multiple client sites in Delhi. The role involves plant maintenance, client coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure high-quality landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily horticulture operations at assigned sites

Ensure proper maintenance of indoor and outdoor plants

Coordinate with clients for regular updates, feedback, and issue resolution

Monitor plant health, watering schedules, pruning, and pest control

Handle plant replacement and ensure quality standards are maintained

Manage on-site staff/labours and track attendance and productivity

Conduct regular site inspections and maintain service reports

Ensure timely completion of all operational tasks

Maintain inventory of plants, tools, and materials at sites
