Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents and guardians seeking admission to Garodia Education

• Provide detailed information on available courses, admission requirements, and application procedures to interested individuals

• Conduct presentations and facilitate campus tours for potential students and their families

• Assist in the evaluation and selection process of applicants based on their academic background, extracurricular activities and potential for success

• Participate in recruitment events and workshops to promote Garodia Education and attract potential students

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth admissions process and provide timely updates to applicants

• Create and maintain admission records, reports and statistics for management review

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase student enrollment

• Handle all admission related inquiries via email, phone and in person in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in using MS Office and admissions management systems

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Knowledge of current trends and developments in the education industry will be an asset

• Fluency in more than one language will be considered a plus
