Responsibilities / Tasks
• Software Logic Development in Automation Platform Siemens/Rockwell
• HMI/SCADA Screen Development in Siemen/Rockwell
• FDS write up and development.
• Incorporating MES Reports using different inhouse MES Products & Tools.
• Software FAT
• Electrical/Automation Panel FAT.
• Onsite commissioning activities.
• Documents preparations like Alarm & Interlock list, UAS, HMI Instruction Manual etc.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• 3- 8 years experience on any particular Dairy / Food / Beverages / Brewery / Pharma / Chemical Industry
• Background in control systems software design for process/equipment control • Experience of basic automation platform- e.g., Siemens - TIA Portal, STEP7, WinCC. OR Rockwell - Control Logix ( Studio 5000, FTView (SE & ME).
• Experience of various programming languages on S88 standard e.g. ladder, SCL, STL, FBD
• Strong software logic development and SCADA Screen development skills. Know how of basic MES.
• Experience of Danfoss/SIEMENS/Rockwell VFD
• Experience of preparing Functional Description
• Basic knowledge of Electrical drawing understanding and Panel FAT.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of P&ID drawing.
• Basic knowledge of Field Instruments and its working principal.
• Good experience in onsite commissioning activities.
• Know how of Profibus/Profinet and Industrial Ethernet Network components .Hands on experience on PLC hardware configuration & networking.
• Experience in engineering activity with varying functions from system design to commissioning
• Proficient at troubleshooting and fault findings.
• Excellent communication skills and good team player
• Process know how shall be added advantage.
• Experience in Ignition and Wonderware softwares shall be added advantage.
