● Receive the social media brief from the GEC Digital Ops Executive — platform, content calendar dates, content themes, brand guidelines, approval process, client contact for content approvals
● Build the client social media content calendar in the agreed format (typically a Google Sheet or Notion doc) — scheduled posts with copy, hashtags, and visual brief

● Manage the client approval cycle — submit content pack 5 working days before first scheduled post; incorporate feedback; resubmit within 24 hours of receiving revisions
● Schedule and publish all approved content on the client's social channels using Buffer, Hootsuite, or direct platform scheduling — at the client-approved dates and times
● For Engage Flow clients specifically: coordinate content distribution across the client's social channels, owned newsletter, and GEC Newswire as part of the content amplification plan

● Track and report: follower growth, reach, engagement rate, link clicks per post — included in the weekly client status update prepared by the Ops Executive

● Proficiency with social media scheduling tools — Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or equivalent
● Experience with email marketing platforms for newsletter production — Brevo, Mailchimp, or equivalent
