Manager – Procurement

Location: Noida, India (Shared Services Centre)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive procurement professional to join our global team as an Associate Manager– Procurement.

Based in our Noida Shared Services Centre, you will work closely with colleagues across the UK, India, and other international locations, supporting procurement activities across multiple global entities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international organisation where you will play a key role in improving procurement processes, driving cost savings, strengthening controls, and supporting the rollout of a new global ERP system (Unit4).

What You'll Be Doing

Global Procurement Support

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from requisitions to purchase orders and payments
• Support teams across different countries, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Act as a key point of contact for procurement queries within the Noida Shared Services Centre, supporting other members of the Procurement Team to undertake best-practice procurement

ERP Implementation & Improvement (Unit4)

• Support the global rollout of the Unit4 ERP system
• Identify and implement improvements in how the system is used
• Help simplify and strengthen approval processes
• Improve reporting and visibility of procurement data

Contracts & Cost Optimisation

• Manage and review contracts across multiple entities, with a focus on IT hardware and software
• Identify opportunities to combine contracts and negotiate better terms
• Support cost-saving initiatives and improve supplier value

Process Improvement

• Review procurement processes and suggest practical improvements
• Help make processes faster, simpler, and more effective
• Take initiative and suggest better ways of working

Risk & Controls

• Work closely with Finance and Internal Audit to ensure strong controls
• Help prevent errors, fraud, and non-compliance
• Support clear and effective approval processes

Shared Services Delivery

• Deliver procurement services from the Noida Shared Services Centre
• Work within defined service levels and timelines
• Support the move towards centralised procurement

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers
• Work with global stakeholders across different time zones
• Ensure clear and timely communication

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare procurement reports and track key metrics
• Use data to support better decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in procurement or supply chain
• Exposure to:
  • Procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
  • Contract management
  • ERP systems (Unit4 experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes
