**Job Title:**Unit4 Consultant (Functional & Technical)

Experience Level: Min.3–5 Years (Unit4 ERP Expertise Mandatory)

Location: Noida, Bangalore

Focus Areas: Unit4 ERP (Finance & Procurement Modules)

Role Purpose

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you are responsible for working globally with Gedu's internal stakeholders and other Functional/Technical specialists through all stages of process Optimisation, Implementation, Integration, Training, Post-Implementation review and support. You will lead scoping and requirements gathering, Functional solution design workshops, provide best practice advice and guidance on business processes, integrations with upstream/downstream applications in the Gedu ecosystem, and assist customers to achieve the optimum solution to meet their business objectives using Unit4 product features.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Lead the functional configuration of Unit4 ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, P2P, Billing, Expenses) Ensuring the system aligns with business processes. Implement reporting, workflows & other Unit4 technical features such as Extension Kit. Expertise into AG16 scripts and API integrations.
• **Implementation, Testing & Support:**Manage end-to-end implementation cycles Responsible for the QA of configured test systems to ensure the solution design,

Contribute to on-going product development by identifying recurring support issues and common customer requirements

• Business Process Mapping: Lead Business Requirement gathering, analyse existing business workflows and translate them into efficient Unit4 ERP functional specifications.
• Reporting & Data: Develop and maintain complex reports using Excelerator, BIF and Unit4 browser reports.
• Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for system issues, providing timely resolution for functional queries and glitches.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive system documentation/manuals.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Stakeholders and business Process owners to provide Functional support ,identify business needs and translate those into changes to the unit4 ERP Product and modules following standard/best practise to meet Gedu's Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Masters/Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• **Mandatory Experience:**Minimum of 3–5 years of specialized experience in financial systems and accounting. Min of 2 full cycle Implementations of Unit4 ERP Finance Module.
• **Module Expertise:**Proficiency in core modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement (Vendor Development/PO/PR/Approval Workflows etc)
• **Technical Proficiency:**Solid understanding of Unit4 system Configuration and administration, including workflow tools and, API Integration with other application like Banking system, CRM, External HR Portals
• Reporting: Design and maintain sophisticated financial and procurement reports using Excelerator, BIF, and Browser-based tools, Rerx Reporting tool understanding
• **Analytical Mindset:**Strong ability to diagnose complex system errors and propose scalable solutions.
• Solution Oriented: Proven ability to look at a business problem and design a creative, scalable solution within the constraints of the Unit4 environment.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the management level.

Preferred "Plus Point" Skills

• Hybrid Profile: Ability to pivot between functional consulting and technical system administration/Understanding of SQL development.
• Integration Experience: Familiarity with Unit4's integration tools (e.g., ACT, Web Services, or external API connectors).
• Project Management: Experience leading small-to-medium workstreams or system upgrades.
