Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – Academic Operations & Quality

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to manage and ensure the quality of our live and offline technical training programs at GeeksforGeeks. The ideal candidate will have a Computer Science background and a strong grasp of modern technologies, enabling them to collaborate closely with mentors, Teaching Assistants (TAs), and students. You will be responsible for smooth batch execution, academic quality checks, and continuous improvement of learning delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch Operations – Schedule, track, and oversee multiple live & offline batches, ensuring smooth execution and resource allocation.
• Mentor & TA Coordination – Act as a technical point of contact for mentors/TAs, resolving scheduling or academic queries quickly.
• Quality Audits – Monitor live sessions and recordings to ensure content delivery quality, engagement, and curriculum alignment.
• Student Support – Handle escalated academic queries to maintain student satisfaction and retention.
• Performance Tracking – Maintain reports on batch progress, mentor/TAs performance, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in academic operations, technical training, or program management.
• Solid understanding of programming, DSA, web development, AI/ML, and related stacks.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Preferred

Prior edtech experience.
Familiarity with LMS tools, live class platforms, and learning analytics.
