IT - Engineering Graduate Trainee (Day Shift)

Description
The IT Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive introduction to the organization's technology landscape. The trainee will gain hands-on experience across multiple IT functions, develop technical and professional skills, and contribute to key initiatives that support business operations.
This role maybe rotational in nature and might include exposure to areas such as infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data analytics, and IT support.
Essential Duties:

Participate in training programs to understand company processes, services, and technologies

Assist senior engineers in design, development, testing, and troubleshooting activities

Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users.

Analyze technical data and prepare reports, documentation, and presentations

Ensure adherence to company standards, IT security norms, and quality guidelines

Work on assigned projects and complete deliverables within deadlines

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects

Undergo structured on-the-job training

Rotate through different departments (based on business needs)

Receive mentorship from experienced and Senior engineers

Gain exposure to Applications, systems, and best practices
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Computer Science, etc.)
Skills

Basic understanding of engineering principles and concepts

Knowledge of relevant software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, programming languages, etc.)

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills
