Description

We are seeking a Talent & OD Manager to join our Service Center in Mumbai. The role will support the Talent & OD agenda by overseeing a team specializing in Talent, Learning & Development and HRIS. The Manager will drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, enhance the employee lifecycle, and build a high-performance and future-ready workforce.

Essential Duties

  • Lead the Talent & Organizational Development team for the Services Center, integrating talent management, learning strategy, and HR systems to enable business performance
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor employee training programs and learning initiatives
  • Support and build, in partnership with the Center of Excellence, the annual talent cycle, including performance calibration, succession planning, and high-potential identification and development planning
  • Partner with the Talent & Development Center of Excellence at headquarters to identify organizational capability gaps and design targeted development roadmaps
  • Support succession planning by identifying critical roles and potential successors
  • Monitor and maintain HR metrics, including training, performance, talent, and succession progress
  • Drive organizational development initiatives originating from headquarters, including capability frameworks, competency development, engagement actions, culture-building programs, and change management support
  • Oversee learning governance to ensure training effectiveness, vendor quality, curriculum alignment, and continuous skill building
  • Improve employee experience across the talent lifecycle, from hiring through development, engagement, and retention
  • Maintain effective communication with managers and HR teams globally
  • Mentor and guide junior HR team members, fostering capability building

Competencies

  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices, organizational development frameworks, and change management principles
  • Ability to lead and develop a multi-specialty HR team with clear direction, coaching, and performance oversight
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, including Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Project and process management abilities, along with training and facilitation skills
  • Capability to influence leaders, facilitate workshops, and drive cultural and capability-building initiatives
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
