Roles & Responsibilities

1. Managing a team of 10-12 FLS
2. Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
3. Responsible for capacity building at branch level
4. Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers

Educational Qualification

Minimum Graduate

Experience

Should have minimum 3-4 years and above experience in Insurance sales team handling and average job stability of 2 years and above
