Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Indirect Procurement! Responsibilities:

  • PO creation PO management PO release in ERP (including support for suppliers)
  • Vendor change/unblocking and onboarding activities.
  • RFQ & negotiation activities
  • Preparing proposals request quotes and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
  • Expedite Purchase Orders based on the demands.
  • Drive Order Acknowledgement & Order Fulfillment as per the Need Date or the Promise Date by closely collaborating with the supplier logistics and buyers.
  • Adherence to KP Is and business SL As is mandatory.
  • Collaborate closely with the suppliers and other business functions like Warehouse Sourcing Quality Finance etc.
  • to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Frame contracts management.
  • Assist stakeholders in keeping them up to date.
  • Actively looking for the process improvements
  • Leading key vendor/supplier negotiations
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
  • Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings
  • Developing implementing and maintaining purchasing policies and procedures
  • Conducting research to assess vendors maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitoring inventory levels safety stock level Min/Max level and thus managing purchasing agreements according to demand.

Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Industrial Engineering, Bachelors - Logistics, Bachelors - Supply Chain Management, Masters - Operations Management
