Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Architect who will lead the overall architecture, design, & Implementation of enterprise Data Governance platform using Collibra. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in metadata modelling & management, Collibra administration, Collibra overall platform, integration & workflow management along with deep understanding of data governance processes. 

Responsibilities 

  • Design Collibra architecture, including domains, communities, operating models, asset types, and metadata structures.

  • Define Collibra & Edge architecture standards, templates, and reusable metadata patterns.

  • Architect and implement Collibra Edge infrastructure for hybrid metadata and lineage ingestion

  • Responsible for defining & managing Edge cluster topology

  • Lead the deployment and configuration of Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) – Business Glossary, Data Dictionary, Policy Manager, Workflow Engine, Integration.

  • Plan and manage Edge deployments across on-prem, cloud, VMs, or Kubernetes-based environments.

  • Define and maintain Collibra Operating Models, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Architect and implement ingestion of metadata.

  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC), security models, and domain-level permissions.

  • Responsible for Collibra EDGE Administration

  • Architect integration patterns between Collibra & other applications /platforms.

  • Delivery Technical Documentation, SOP's, Runbooks.

  • Lead developers and engineers in implementing workflows, ingestion processes, and connectors
