Job Description

Responsibilities: To provide expert support to the HRBS team in terms of process & system knowledge and execution of analytical activities.

• Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes (HR Data Administration,) and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations

• Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities on employee data management as well as the HR systems and escalate to team lead as necessary

• Executes validation of employee data management & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes.

• Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines

• Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics
